Firstly, we provide expert workmanship and service to the specific needs of our customers. We have over ten years of experience working in the carpet cleaning industry.
Our company uses a multi-cable truck mount unit designed to excel at Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning and Water Damage. The unit “heats and pressurizes cleaning solution” and extracts it with a CFM vacuum force. It is powered by an air-cooled industrial 16 HP Onan Performer engine. Also the engine is directly coupled to a 3LP Sutorbilt blower capable of producing 350 CFM which will allow the operator to “go out 300 feet from the unit” with one wand. The 1500 PSI rated Hypro triplex ceramic plunger pump used on the truck mount is outfitted with an electromagnetic clutch. The clutch allows the truck mount to become a “flood damage unit” with the flip of a switch. The unit draws its heat from a 120,000 BTU Little Giant propane heater. This heater is thermostatically controlled and “delivers cleaning temperatures up to 240 degrees,” continuously! (The truck mount is a fast drying and hot water extraction unit that is a modern cleaning method that is used in today’s market and is guaranteed not to damage your carpet). Unlike other carpet cleaning service technicians, we are experienced technicians and are trained in all facets of carpet cleaning services. He has done this in order to provide you with optimal services. He is also available to discuss with you about any of your commercial and/or residential carpet and upholstery cleaning needs and/or concerns. He will provide you with an honest estimate of the job to be performed. If in his opinion, he finds that the carpet can’t be restored to a presentable state; he will simply recommend a replacement of the carpet and provide with a written statement pointing out the reasons for such replacement.

We are a licensed and insured company package with all city, state and federal mandates. We are covered with Commercial Auto Policy, General Liability Insurance. An individual Certificate of Insurance will be provided to you upon request.
